Back to ResultsJoin a leading professional services firm in Guernsey as a Finance Assistant and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their finance career within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You’ll support daily finance operations and contribute to budgeting, reporting, and intercompany reconciliations across the Group.
Responsibilities include:
Processing supplier payments, journals, prepayments, and accruals
Assisting with budgeting and expenditure reporting across departments
Maintaining accurate financial records and responding to audit queries
Supporting intercompany reconciliations and payroll control account reviews
You’ll work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and gain exposure to a wide range of financial tasks. Prior finance experience is helpful but not essential—candidates working towards (or interested in) a professional qualification are strongly encouraged to apply. A solid command of Microsoft Office is required; experience with Aderant is a plus.
