Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will assist Senior Managers in delivering efficient administration across a diverse portfolio of corporate and trust clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in building a career in financial services. Job Duties: Support the onboarding of new clients in accordance with internal procedures Conduct periodic reviews and monitoring of client activity based on assigned risk ratings Assist with the maintenance and accuracy of client records in the internal database Review financial accounts received from external accountants Assist with the incorporation and closure of corporate entities Coordinate client bank account openings and related documentation Draft board minutes and resolutions Liaise with external advisers, accountants, legal counsel, and tax professionals Provide day-to-day client administration support Participate in ad hoc tasks and internal projects as required Job Requirements: Strong academic background  Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and client-focused environment Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative Strong communication and teamwork skills What You’ll Love:You will be part of a collaborative and professional environment where personal development is supported and valued.
