Our client is seeking a CDD Analyst to join their Client Services International department. This full-time role involves reviewing and assessing client CDD documentation submitted as part of new business applications and trigger events. You will ensure that regulatory obligations are met in accordance with financial crime laws and regulations while maintaining efficient turnaround times. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in compliance-driven environments and are committed to upholding high standards in client due diligence processes. Job Duties: Review CDD and EDD documentation for new accounts and trigger events, ensuring regulatory requirements are met. Conduct electronic verification searches to identify potential PEPs and other risk indicators. Review and process third-party and related-party payments, ensuring necessary CDD documentation is obtained. Review private transfers and approve or reject requests based on CDD requirements. Maintain the organisation of the CDD team’s email inbox and Avaloq order books. Support remediation projects and update processes as necessary. Follow standard procedures and complete checklists with detailed notes on any deviations. Stay updated on regulatory and process changes, including Avaloq functionality developments. Take responsibility for allocated procedures, ensuring updates align with changing processes or regulations. Job Requirements:  At least 2 years of experience in a CDD or similar compliance-related role within financial services is preferred. Strong understanding of CDD/EDD processes and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to develop expertise in Avaloq. Knowledge of GFSC, JFSC, and IOM FSA regulatory handbooks and the ability to apply regulations across jurisdictions. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to assess risks and make commercial, risk-based decisions. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
