Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers a great opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to provide high-quality administrative support across a range of client service activities. You will assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of client records, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with internal procedures. Job Duties: Maintain and update client records and databases Assist with client onboarding, including gathering and reviewing documentation Liaise with clients and intermediaries to obtain required information Process client instructions accurately and within agreed timeframes Prepare correspondence, forms, and other documentation as required Monitor client activity to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Provide administrative support to Client Relationship Managers and other team members Handle routine queries and escalate complex matters where necessary Maintain filing systems in line with internal procedures Assist with preparation for client meetings and follow-up actions Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes Job Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or client services role, ideally within financial services Good understanding of client due diligence and regulatory requirements is desirable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively Positive attitude with a commitment to providing high standards of service Willingness to learn and develop within a professional environment What You’ll Love:You will be part of a professional and supportive environment where attention to detail and client care are valued.
