Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Reward and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a key role providing senior administrative support, with particular focus on reward processes such as annual salary and bonus reviews, promotions, and progression cycles. You will also contribute to wider EVP initiatives, supporting colleagues across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring the accurate execution of HR processes. Job Duties: Support the coordination and delivery of the annual salary and bonus review cycles Collate data for salary benchmarking surveys across multiple jurisdictions Coordinate the annual collation of market data in collaboration with the Resourcing team Monitor reward cycle timelines and manage secure data distribution to the business Support the bi-annual promotions and progression process, including liaison with HR teams and monitoring of key deadlines Maintain reward-related processes and policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with existing HR procedures Assist with administrative tasks related to HR projects, including benefit setups and regulatory changes Support annual global benefit renewals, including data analysis and cost calculations Update HR systems and maintain accurate employee data and reporting Identify and propose improvements to HR and reward-related processes Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ administration experience, ideally within a professional services environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general IT skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical capabilities and ability to handle sensitive data securely Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple jurisdictions Flexible, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing priorities Experience in reward or compensation administration is desirable What You’ll Love:You will be part of a collaborative and supportive HR team within a dynamic and award-winning organisation.
