Fund Administrator, Transfer Agency Team

Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their Transfer Agency team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business, supporting the ongoing operations of various fund structures. The successful candidate will work closely with the Transfer Agency Manager, handling a broad range of administrative duties for daily dealing funds. Job Duties: Reconcile client bank accounts Make payments to investors, agents, and process inter-account transfers Collate and process dealing instructions for each dealing day Assist with the calculation of front-end fees, redemption fees, and trail commission Check and issue contract notes Process stock transfers Open new investor accounts and review due diligence documentation Liaise with external parties including auditors, fund managers, and third-party administrators Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar fund administration role Professional qualification in a relevant financial area is advantageous but not essential Experience with fund administration systems, preferably Paxus Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills Organised, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines Effective problem-solving abilities Demonstrates a strong interest in financial markets Willingness to pursue further professional qualifications What You’ll Love:Our client is a fast-growing, innovative fund services provider offering a supportive and ambitious working environment.
