Our client is seeking a Trainee Compliance Administrator to join their Risk and Compliance team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in compliance within the financial services sector. You will be working closely with senior members of the team to support regulatory monitoring, client due diligence, and internal compliance reporting. Job Duties: Review and manage alerts from the overnight screening tool, escalating material items where appropriate Support client teams in resolving screening matters and escalate key findings to senior team members Conduct client reviews and event-driven AML reviews in line with internal deadlines and standards Record and escalate review findings in accordance with internal procedures Assist with the preparation of accurate management information for monthly group and quarterly board reporting Support the accurate completion and timely submission of regulatory returns Maintain complete and up-to-date regulatory registers Contribute to the delivery of internal training on compliance matters under supervision Assist in executing the Compliance Monitoring Programme Perform sanctions screening in response to updated or new regimes Provide support for ad hoc compliance and risk-related projects as required Job Requirements: Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in compliance and risk within financial services Self-motivated, personable and positive approach to work Strong computer literacy and good numeracy skills Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail Interest in pursuing a career in technical financial services What You’ll Love:You will be joining a highly regarded and award-winning organisation known for its professional development and supportive environment.
