Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Provisioning Agent to join their Customer Experience team on a full-time basis until 31 December 2025. Based in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end provisioning of consumer and wholesale services. This includes processing and tracking orders for fixed line, broadband, fibre, WLR and business mobile services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer communication throughout. Job Duties: Process and manage consumer and wholesale service orders using the correct procedures Liaise with wholesale customers (ISPs), internal teams and third parties to coordinate service delivery Enter and validate orders, cross-check appointments, and ensure equipment delivery before installation Manage customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records to ensure correct billing Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Work closely with retail, customer support and business sales teams to handle inbound requests and queries Liaise with billing support to confirm accurate charging of fixed line services Coordinate with installation teams regarding scheduling and provide relevant updates to customers and stakeholders Schedule and manage upcoming orders alongside the business sales team Comply with licence, regulatory, data protection, and health and safety responsibilities Undertake mandatory security awareness training and report any suspected security incidents appropriately Job Requirements: Excellent customer focus and experience in a customer-facing role Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a varied customer base High level of accuracy and attention to detail Interest in technology and an understanding of the telecommunications market Ability to represent the brand positively and deliver high standards of customer care Self-motivated, process-driven and capable of working independently or in a team Methodical, inquisitive and keen to improve existing processes Must hold a satisfactory Basic Police Disclosure (criminal records will be assessed on a case-by-case basis) What You’ll Love:Our client is a forward-thinking telecommunications provider with a strong commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
