Working closely with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, you'll drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with financial controls and client money handling regulations.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing high-performing teams in across multiple locations. You’ll bring a strong background in law firm or professional services finance, with proven experience in streamlining operations, optimising working capital, and guiding teams through system upgrades and process transformation.
Responsibilities:
Lead finance ops including billing, AR/AP, and cash management
Develop global teams and foster continuous improvement
Ensure financial compliance and internal controls
