Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Trust Administrator to join their private wealth and corporate services team on a full-time, permanent basis. Job Duties: Assist with preparing payment instructions and verifying documentation Understand client categories and associated processes Monitor incoming funds and confirm receipt Draft correspondence including emails, letters, and minutes Support the opening of bank accounts Maintain and update internal systems and databases Manage safe custody items and assist with new business forms and checklists Assist with client due diligence and compliance checks Support preparation of statutory and regulatory filings Assist with addressing review points Carry out general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, photocopying, arranging couriers, and scheduling meetings Answer phone calls and take messages professionally Ensure timesheets are completed daily Job Requirements: Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent Some office or general administrative experience is desirable but not essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident telephone manner and excellent written English Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong time management and organisational abilities Willingness to learn through study and on-the-job training Interest in corporate services and understanding company culture and values Basic knowledge of financial markets and offshore fiduciary services would be beneficial What You’ll Love:Our client values open communication, teamwork, and individual growth.
