Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of more complex and demanding trust and company structures. This is a full-time position, though flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate. The role requires the delivery of a high-quality and professional client service, with added responsibility for supporting junior team members and maintaining client relationships. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of complex trust and company structures Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key contact for queries and meetings Ensure efficient and accurate administration of client entities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations Oversee the preparation of minutes, resolutions, payments and other documentation Liaise with intermediaries, advisors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development and progression Ensure internal procedures and controls are followed, including compliance with AML/CFT requirements Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and client service standards Job Requirements: 5–10 years’ experience in trust administration, preferably with South African clients Qualified or working towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma or other NVQ Level 4 equivalent or higher) Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and offshore structures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Proven experience in managing client relationships and mentoring colleagues What You’ll Love:Our client fosters a supportive and flexible working environment with a focus on professional development.
