This brand-new role has been created to support the firm’s continued growth and offers excellent potential for career development and flexible working hours.
This is a dynamic and varied flexible, part-time role, ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and thrives in a small, collaborative team environment. You’ll be supporting business operations, marketing, and administration – playing a key role in helping the firm run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
Applying strong IT skills to help improve and streamline internal processes
Working closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver accurate, on-time support
You should have at least 2 years' experience in administration, business support, or marketing (ideally in fiduciary, legal, or professional services), excellent attention to detail and communication skills be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and work well in a small, close-knit team
