Our client is seeking a Trainee Fiduciary Administrator to join their Guernsey-based team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this entry-level role involves supporting the administration of trust and corporate structures. You will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a high standard of client service while gaining valuable experience in a professional fiduciary environment. Job Duties: Process client transactions as requested by team members Maintain accurate client records, including database updates, scanning and filing Prepare statutory filings with the Guernsey Registry and other relevant registries Collect and maintain Customer Due Diligence documentation Assist with the opening of client bank accounts Input bank payments using online platforms Ensure all work is conducted in line with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines Prepare client correspondence for review and approval Draft board minutes and resolutions for approval Record and manage time effectively on a daily basis Complete timesheets daily with accurate and detailed information Assist with ad hoc tasks as required Job Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise, manage workload, and work effectively under pressure Proactive and motivated team player with a flexible approach Understanding of local regulatory requirements or willingness to learn Willingness to take responsibility and deliver high-quality service Ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accuracy in all work Awareness of the importance of compliance and client confidentiality What You’ll Love:You will be joining a supportive and professional environment where your development is encouraged through hands-on experience, training, and a strong commitment to quality and client service.
