Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Fund Administration Assistant to join their Guernsey-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role sits within a fast-paced venture capital-focused fund administration department and involves working closely with internal teams to support the delivery of a best-in-class service. The position is back office-based, providing integral administrative support across a varied client portfolio under the guidance of a Manager. Job Duties: Assist with the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of venture capital fund clients Support the preparation and collation of fund documentation and reports Input data into internal systems and maintain accurate records Liaise with the fund administration and accounting teams to ensure deadlines are met Monitor incoming communications and ensure actions are directed to the appropriate team members Assist in the maintenance of statutory records and registers Support the team with investor documentation and periodic reporting requirements Carry out general administrative duties as required to support the wider team Job Requirements: Some prior experience in an office environment, preferably within financial services or fund administration Organised and efficient with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and develop professionally A proactive team player with a flexible approach Interest in pursuing relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous What You’ll Love:You will be joining a dynamic and inclusive independent firm specialising in the venture capital space.
