Are you a detail-driven professional with a strong compliance mindset and fiduciary expertise? A well-established, independent trust and corporate services provider is looking for a skilled Entity Review Officer to join their review team.
Our client is very flexible and will consider candidates interested in working long term contracts or looking for a permanent role. They would also be open to candidates interested in reduced hours.
This is a key role in supporting governance, risk management, and best practice across a broad portfolio of high-value client entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct periodic annual and biennial reviews of client entities, including new entity onboarding reviews.
Use internal systems to assess entity records for regulatory, legal, and procedural compliance.
Identify and report material errors, breaches, or omissions, and support remediation processes.
Assist in internal audit-type functions such as compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and policy development.
You should be ICSA or STEP qualified with significant fiduciary experience and have a strong understanding of trust and company law, the GFSC Handbook, and regulatory frameworks. You will be an effective communicator with excellent analytical and organisational skills and knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles is desirable. You should also be comfortable identifying and escalating legal, tax, and financial risks.
