Back to ResultsAre you an experienced compliance professional with a keen eye for detail? A well-established financial services firm is seeking AML Contractors (flexible working hours considered) to support their Compliance team for an initial 6-month contract based in Guernsey.
This is a great opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment and play a key role in ensuring regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct AML and fiduciary file reviews, identifying and resolving any outstanding action points.
Analyse documentation and assess the adequacy of CDD and EDD in line with current regulatory requirements.
Support the development and refinement of internal AML procedures and policies.
Review and interpret data to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory standards.
You should have 2–5 years' experience in AML compliance, ideally within the fiduciary or financial services sector, strong analytical and documentation review skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines with precision. You should also have a detail-oriented and adaptable approach to regulatory work.
