Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This key role supports the finance function through the administration of accounts payable, preparation of daily reporting, and contribution to the financial reporting cycle. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external financial processes in accordance with procedural and regulatory requirements. Job Duties: Maintain the purchase ledger in line with internal procedure manuals and SOX requirements Ensure timely payment to vendors and manage vendor-related queries Produce weekly reconciliations for the purchase ledger Prepare and analyse daily financial reports Maintain accurate system interest rates Manage the petty cash register and account for all transactions Assist with the monthly financial close process Support audit activities by collating required documentation for auditors Job Requirements: Minimum of one year’s experience in a finance department using a purchase ledger or similar finance system Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software Able to work independently and show initiative Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external vendors and auditors What You’ll Love:You will join a supportive and collaborative finance team where your contributions will directly impact daily operations and financial accuracy.
