Our client is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their busy Business Support team on a full-time basis in the Channel Islands. This role supports both the sales and procurement functions, assisting with software renewals, sales quotes, purchasing activities, and day-to-day administration. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Guernsey, Jersey, and Dubai to ensure efficient, cost-effective processes and high standards of quality and compliance. Job Duties: Provide administrative support to the sales and procurement team, including data entry, scheduling, and document management Manage the full procurement process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation Prepare sales quotes and liaise with the sales team and clients to ensure delivery expectations are met Manage software renewals and licensing Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing to achieve value for money Monitor and maintain inventory levels, replenishing stock within agreed thresholds Support the Managed Print Services team with printer contract quotes and renewals, spare part orders, and consumables management Participate in projects assigned by management Comply with local data protection, health and safety legislation, and company policies Perform additional administrative duties as required Job Requirements: Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships in complex vendor environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft 365 with the ability to adapt to internal systems Able to work effectively under pressure with excellent attention to detail Proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions Capable of handling confidential information discreetly Experience in a sales, procurement, or purchasing role, with an understanding of commercial terms and contracts is desirable Background in contract and supplier management is also advantageous What You’ll Love:This is a dynamic administrative role within a fast-paced business environment that offers exposure to international operations and varied responsibilities.
