Our client is seeking a New Business Senior Administrator to support the delivery of pan-island client take-on services. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on ensuring that all onboarding procedures are completed in line with legislative, regulatory and internal requirements. The role involves close collaboration with various service lines to provide a seamless and efficient client onboarding experience. Job Duties: Manage the full client take-on process, including conflicts checks and risk assessments Ensure client due diligence documentation is collected, reviewed and processed to the highest standards Manage risk referrals for high-risk clients through the client manager system Complete and maintain client records in the relevant systems Liaise with service lines to manage client expectations and expedite onboarding Provide business-focused advice to Directors and colleagues on client take-on matters Proactively monitor onboarding progress and escalate any issues to the New Business Assistant Manager or Manager Maintain a strong understanding of internal policies and external compliance obligations Job Requirements: Some experience in client onboarding and the take-on process Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and queries Strong time management and organisational skills with a solutions-driven mindset Ability to work independently and under pressure Commitment to upholding professional standards and reducing risk exposure to the firm Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Holds or is willing to work towards the International Compliance Association Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence What You’ll Love:​​​​​​​Our client offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where quality and integrity are key.
