Our client is seeking a Client Onboarding Relationship Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role sits within the Business Enablement function and focuses on overseeing the client onboarding lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering efficient and compliant onboarding processes, ensuring KYC and risk-related requirements are met, and driving system and process improvements across the firm. Job Duties: Manage the day-to-day operations of the onboarding team, overseeing client acceptance and KYC-related activities Act as the first line of support for onboarding queries from client-facing teams Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with global teams to resolve system challenges Participate in global working groups focused on client acceptance and KYC, and implement relevant developments Drive operational improvements through technology and process enhancements Oversee training plans and support the development of team members Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, and Engagement Teams Monitor service quality and ensure processes are compliant with risk and quality standards Serve as a system administrator for onboarding applications, managing user access and controls Oversee the delivery of onboarding training to engagement teams Job Requirements: Strong experience in client onboarding and risk management, with knowledge of KYC, AML, and financial regulatory frameworks Proven ability to build trusted relationships and promote data quality compliance Technologically proficient, with experience in transforming and analysing data Effective delegation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills Experience in managing and developing team members Understanding of client structures in financial services (desirable) Experience in quality management and reporting (desirable) Familiarity with Salesforce and cross-jurisdictional team management (desirable) Relevant ICA or similar qualification (desirable) What You’ll Love:Our client is a global, forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence, collaboration and continual improvement.
