Are you passionate about people data, systems optimisation, and driving smarter decision-making through analytics? We’re looking for a HR Systems and Data Coordinator to join a collaborative global People team in Guernsey on a 9-month contract.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining our HRIS and delivering impactful workforce insights that support our strategic goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining employee data within the HR system (Sage), ensuring accuracy and data protection compliance

  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports – including headcount, turnover, and diversity dashboards – for business stakeholders

  • Acting as the go-to expert for HR systems, liaising with IT and vendors to enhance functionality and user experience

  • Supporting system upgrades, data migration, automation projects, and documentation of procedures

This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge HR technology and gain exposure to data analytics, system improvements, and cross-functional projects. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and will have access to training in tools like Power BI and Excel – ideal for professionals looking to deepen their technical skills in HR.

You should have previous experience working with HRIS platforms (ideally Sage), advanced Excel and data reporting skills – knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a plus, together with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement and great interpersonal skills and the ability to train and support others in system use.
