Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The role will involve the day-to-day administration of a complex range of fund structures, including management companies and related entities. The successful candidate will support onboarding, company secretarial duties, payment processing and NAV calculations, while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues. Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of fund structures and liaise with clients and intermediaries Coordinate company secretarial matters including board meetings, agendas, minutes and filings Prepare and process manual and electronic payments for expenses and investments Maintain up-to-date records, including investor information and transaction history Support the onboarding process for new clients and entities Train staff on banking systems and assist in opening bank accounts Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory filing requirements Calculate NAVs and maintain bookkeeping records Act as a mentor to junior team members Proactively manage client expectations and build strong professional relationships Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services Studying towards or holding a relevant qualification such as CGI, ACCA, or ACA Strong understanding of the local regulatory framework and fund administration processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and fund administration systems Guernsey residential certificate or permit required What You’ll Love:Our client offers a collaborative and professional working environment, where team members are encouraged to grow and develop.
