Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their expanding fund administration team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing business delivering bespoke services across a range of fund structures and jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a line manager and be responsible for the day-to-day administration and accounting of fund structures, bringing their experience, accuracy, and professionalism to a collaborative and client-focused environment. Job Duties: Carry out all aspects of administration and accounting for fund structures, including calls, distributions, quarterly valuations, management accounts, and investor reporting Prepare and review annual statements and financial statements Oversee bookkeeping and prepare periodic bank reconciliations Manage client audits from planning through to completion Prepare and review payment instructions for entity expenses and investment transactions Perform NAV calculations and ensure accurate records are maintained Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries Proactively manage client expectations and turnaround times Contribute to the smooth running and efficiency of the financial accounting team Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' relevant financial services experience Professionally qualified (preferably ACCA or ACA) Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting and financial services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Computer literate with strong Excel and systems skills Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties What You’ll Love:Our client offers a collaborative and high-performing work environment where employees are supported in achieving their full potential.
