Our client is seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to begin a career in fund administration. The successful candidate will support the administration of fund structures while gaining valuable experience across a range of operational and company secretarial tasks, under the guidance of senior team members. Job Duties: Assist with the establishment of new structures and transitioning of incoming business Provide a high standard of service to clients and related parties throughout the full client lifecycle Support company secretarial matters including the preparation of board packs and meeting minutes Process routine fund operations such as investor calls and distributions Prepare payment instructions for fund-related expenses Update and maintain client, entity and investor data Assist with the initial setup of accounting system records Maintain accurate investor records and ensure data integrity Follow internal policies, procedures and checklists within required timelines Job Requirements: Positive and personable attitude with a willingness to learn Strong interest in developing a career in technical financial services Excellent numeracy and IT skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a team Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality client service What You’ll Love:Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning provider of fund, corporate, and private wealth administration services.
