Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their On/Off Boarding team on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Guernsey. This role is responsible for providing administrative support for the onboarding of new clients and the closure of existing structures, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Job Duties: Assist with the onboarding of new clients and the closure of existing company and trust structures Liaise with intermediaries via email and telephone to support the onboarding/offboarding process Prepare and monitor the status of onboarding and closure cases Draft minutes, resolutions, and supporting documents for client committee presentation Prepare payment instructions as part of the onboarding or closure process Liaise with administrators to ensure fee collection within one month of invoice issue Maintain client relationships by providing a responsive and high-quality service Respond to communications within 24 hours, including holding replies Attend virtual and in-person meetings and prepare file notes afterwards Collaborate with administration and business support teams as required Maintain and update client profiles and risk assessments during the onboarding process Collect and review client due diligence and ensure compliance before closure Complete tasks in line with required deadlines Ensure daily completion of timesheets and contribute to monthly utilisation targets Comply with all internal policies and procedures Carry out additional duties as required in line with the evolving nature of the role Job Requirements: Minimum five GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics at Grade C or above Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP, ICSA, ACCA) Interest in learning about fiduciary services and regulatory frameworks Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Flexible attitude and willingness to support team members when required Good time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills Proactive approach with drive, ambition, and willingness to learn Strong team player with collaborative mindset What You’ll Love:You will be joining a professional and forward-thinking fiduciary services provider during an exciting phase of strategic growth.
