Our client is seeking a Client Reporting Executive Trust Accountant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant to work across a variety of trust and company structures, with a focus on financial reporting, investment monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. Job Duties: Prepare financial statements for trust and company structures in accordance with relevant accounting standards or regulatory requirements, with support from Senior Trust Accountants Perform periodic reconciliations of internal accounting records against portfolio statements from financial institutions Manage and maintain automated data feeds from third-party custodians Support quarterly and annual investment monitoring processes Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including advisors, bankers, lawyers, and consultants, in close coordination with Client Services Contribute to Client Reporting and Investment Monitoring improvement projects, including automation, system development, and standardisation initiatives Job Requirements: Fully or part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA) with relevant experience Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels and in a multi-cultural environment Proactive team player with a client-focused, service-oriented, and solution-driven approach What You’ll Love:Our client offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where innovation and continuous improvement are encouraged.
