Our client is seeking a Client Reporting Junior Trust Accountant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis, at either Staff or Executive level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to begin or progress their career in trust and company accounting, with full support to study towards the ACCA qualification. Job Duties: Maintain accurate and timely accounting records for trust and company structures Perform reconciliations of accounting records to portfolio statements from financial institutions Support quarterly and annual investment monitoring processes Prepare financial statements for trust and company structures in line with relevant accounting standards or regulatory requirements, under guidance from senior team members Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including advisors, bankers, lawyers, and consultants in close collaboration with Client Services Assist with client reporting and investment monitoring improvement projects, including automation and system development initiatives Manage and monitor automated data feeds from third-party custodians Attend tuition sessions with the training provider as part of ACCA study support Job Requirements: Academic qualifications sufficient to commence ACCA studies – strong A-levels or a relevant degree Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and technical abilities with excellent attention to detail Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels Collaborative team player with a client-focused, solution-oriented approach Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting, and/or knowledge of private banking or fiduciary services is desirable Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage What You’ll Love:Our client offers a supportive and progressive working environment with a strong focus on professional development.
