Our client is seeking a confident and capable Junior People Business Partner to join their central services team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied and hands-on generalist HR role, offering a unique opportunity to support people initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Ideal for someone stepping up from a Senior Advisor position or beginning their journey into business partnering, the role provides strong exposure and scope to influence across the full colleague lifecycle. Job Duties: Provide advice and support to managers on all areas of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, employee relations, reward, wellbeing, and engagement Contribute to both local and group-wide people initiatives and projects Assist in embedding company values into everyday practices and policies Navigate HR complexities across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments Use HR systems confidently to streamline workflows, automate processes and improve efficiency Support the delivery of a commercially focused, consistent and high-quality HR service Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to positive organisational culture Job Requirements: CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience Broad HR generalist experience across core HR functions Strong system knowledge, with the ability to improve processes through smarter digital working Proactive, solutions-focused and professional approach Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Resilient and adaptable, with a pragmatic, commercially aware mindset Previous experience working across multi-jurisdictional environments is desirable What You’ll Love:Our client fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued.
