We’re looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager or Client Relationship Manager to join the thriving Corporate division of one of our key clients in Guernsey. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a growing and forward-thinking fiduciary business.
Be at the forefront of corporate administration, supporting high-value clients and helping to shape the future of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring high service standards.
Corporate Governance – Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and support good governance practices.
Process Transactions – Liaise with third parties and handle investment transactions and corporate actions.
Support and Mentor – Provide guidance to junior staff and help develop a collaborative team culture.
To succeed in this role you should have at least 2 years’ experience in corporate or fund administration, or a company secretarial role, be organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities, able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues alike, thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy building strong working relationships. and have a keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver excellent service every time.
