This Senior Manager of Compliance role offers the chance to play a strategic role in safeguarding business integrity and leading critical compliance initiatives in a dynamic, regulated environment.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the Compliance Monitoring Programme and annual regulatory submissions
Acting as Deputy MLRO and supporting investigations of suspicious activity reports
Developing and enhancing risk assessments, policies, and compliance procedures
Managing escalated regulatory queries and contributing to inspection readiness
This role offers you a platform to progress into senior leadership roles, exposure to high-impact regulatory projects, and the opportunity to influence internal policies across a complex business landscape.
You should be a confident and organised compliance professional with solid experience in regulated finance, strong knowledge of Guernsey's GFSC Handbook, and ideally, prior experience as MLCO or in a similar prescribed role.
