Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Operational Control team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is central to supporting the cash and securities reconciliation function, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and internal controls. The successful candidate will contribute to process improvement and help maintain the highest standards of operational accuracy and efficiency. Job Duties: Review multi-currency cash flows and ensure sufficient funding of cash agents Support the bank in meeting its regulatory obligations for securities and cash reconciliation Follow established procedures for clearing, Nostro, internal, suspense, and control accounts Execute control procedures and investigate all unmatched reconciliation items Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing queries related to reconciliations and service Ensure all procedures comply with current legal and regulatory requirements Process manual pricing and reconciliation of securities Set up Security Masters across various asset types Produce and review daily reports generated by the section Ensure procedures are maintained and updated as needed Respond promptly to client queries, communications, and complaints Assist in investigating and resolving issues efficiently Job Requirements: Ability to deliver accurate and timely work under pressure Strong customer service skills and a commitment to following written procedures Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other network applications Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong time management and work ethic Basic banking experience, ideally with exposure to inter-bank money markets, FX, securities, and funds Understanding of bank back-office processes and controls What You’ll Love:Our client provides a supportive and collaborative working environment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, control, and continual process improvement.
