Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their Private Wealth department in Guernsey on a temporary, full-time basis for a period of 8 months. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration services to a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients, working with a variety of structures including trusts, companies, foundations, and partnerships. The role involves supporting complex international structures across multiple jurisdictions and contributing to the team's revenue goals. Job Duties: Assist in the administration of a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures Prepare and input tax returns to meet submission deadlines Process payments, including distributions, fees, and third-party invoices Support periodic reviews of trust structures in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures Track and follow up on outstanding action points to ensure timely resolution Draft fee amendment notices when required Prepare and submit annual validations by the specified deadlines Complete internal checklists to maintain compliance Accurately input and maintain client data using the NAV One system Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a trust and company administration environment Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (STEP, CGI, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent relationship management skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines A collaborative team player with an efficient approach to administration What You’ll Love:Our client fosters a supportive and development-focused culture where hard work and dedication are recognised.
