This is an exciting opportunity to step into a wide-ranging operational role supporting governance, IT, cyber security, and data protection within a fast-growing fiduciary and fund services firm.
As Senior Operations Officer, you’ll take the lead on coordinating key projects, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring robust, day-to-day operations. You’ll work across teams, with external providers, and directly influence business-critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating operational projects, governance reporting, and policy reviews
Overseeing IT and cyber security processes, liaising with the vCISO and IT providers
Supporting data protection activities, audits, and access reviews
Providing operational reporting and support business-wide process improvement
