Our client is seeking a CDD Onboarding / Review Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for analysing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements for new corporate client onboarding and ensuring ongoing maintenance and logging of CDD documentation. This role is key to upholding internal, legal, and regulatory compliance standards. Job Duties: Identify and collect all required CDD documentation for new and existing corporate clients Verify information using public databases and internal systems Manage a personal caseload, ensuring cases are handled in a timely and accurate manner Maintain internal trackers for monitoring onboarding and review progress Conduct screening checks and perform additional research as necessary Escalate findings promptly in accordance with internal procedures Job Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in onboarding corporate relationships within the Guernsey banking, insurance or fiduciary sectors Proven understanding of Guernsey financial crime prevention laws and regulatory obligations relating to corporate client onboarding Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess information effectively Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a compliance team What You’ll Love:This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected organisation where your knowledge of regulatory frameworks and commitment to compliance will make a direct impact.
