Are you ready to take your first big step into the insurance industry? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-focused Client Insurance Executive to join a dynamic and professional team in Guernsey. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of office experience and a desire to build a meaningful career in insurance.
You’ll play a key role in managing client insurance portfolios, supporting senior colleagues, and working directly with reinsurers and external stakeholders—all while being supported through professional development and qualification pathways.
Responsibilities include:
Handling day-to-day insurance and reinsurance administration across client portfolios
Preparing board meeting packs, presenting insurance matters, and taking minutes
Assisting with claims, policy renewals, and reinsurance documentation
Liaising with auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure high standards of service
You may have 1–2 years of office experience, possibly in finance or administration, and a solid academic background (good A-level grades). You’re detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn. Previous insurance knowledge is a bonus—but not essential. Most importantly, you’re committed to building a long-term, rewarding career.
