Our client is seeking a dynamic Home and Broadband Product Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and performance of their fixed-line and broadband portfolio across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. With a focus on optimisation and customer experience, you'll be at the forefront of customer acquisition and revenue enhancement, ensuring the brand remains the provider of choice in competitive Consumer and SME segments. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from proposition shaping and pricing to service delivery and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with various teams to bring innovative solutions to market and will take part in long-term product strategy and planning while managing day-to-day performance. Job Duties: Lead the development, management, and ongoing improvement of fixed broadband, home phone, and value-added services (VAS). Own the product roadmap and customer journeys, ensuring strong commercial performance and excellent customer experience. Promote the Guernsey fibre programme to drive customer adoption and develop strategies for retention, migration, and upselling. Collaborate with commercial, technical, regulatory, and customer support teams to create and launch compelling product propositions. Set and execute the 5-year strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, and KPIs for product areas and key customer segments. Monitor and analyse product performance, providing insight to drive growth and improve operational efficiency. Utilise market and customer research to inform product development and positioning. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and adding commercial value while identifying potential risks. Represent the company externally with partners, customers, and industry bodies. Job Requirements: Proven product management experience in Consumer or SME markets, ideally within telecoms or broadband industries. Strong commercial acumen and a record of delivering results through end-to-end product lifecycle management. Solid understanding of telecommunications technologies, including commercial, technical, and regulatory dynamics. Experience in developing and managing product, pricing, budget plans, and performance tracking. Ability to influence and align stakeholders across various departments.
