You’ll deliver accurate financial reporting for complex SPVs and capital markets structures, working closely with clients and senior colleagues.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Reviewing transaction documents and ensuring correct accounting treatment for SPVs
Preparing IFRS / local GAAP financial statements and liaising with auditors
Delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Guiding junior colleagues and supporting continuous process improvement
