Our client is seeking a diligent Credit Card Analyst to join their dynamic credit card team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal as it involves reviewing credit card applications and providing exceptional customer support. The selected candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth application process and enhancing the customer experience. Job Duties: Review credit card applications for retail and corporate cards, including ID&V checks, credit limit calculations, and assessment of high-risk factors Assist customers with digital onboarding, mobile app navigation, and ancillary services Collaborate with the Credit Card Support team to resolve issues related to credit card transactions, app queries, and payment discrepancies Address customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring timely and effective communication Investigate and resolve disputes, ensuring customers receive appropriate credits or refunds Assist in the setup and management of direct debits Contribute to enhancing product and service propositions Job Requirements: Strong analytical skills with a desire to develop knowledge in credit card support Enthusiasm for understanding financial crime and fraud risk Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience Strong problem-solving, organisational, time management, and delegation skills Prior experience is not a prerequisite for this role What You'll Love:Joining our client’s team means becoming part of an organisation that values personal growth and professional development.
