As a Senior Manager/Manager in Corporate Governance, you will play a crucial role in driving the business strategically, contributing to client partnerships and maintaining high standards of governance across a diverse portfolio. Job Duties: Assist the Senior Manager to direct and manage the business in alignment with strategic objectives. Engage with clients to foster long-lasting relationships and ensure their governance needs are met effectively. Oversee and review the work of the team, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards. Conduct business development meetings to nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities. Provide advice and support to Boards, adapting to the individual skills and needs of clients. Manage both ad-hoc and ongoing bespoke client projects, tailoring solutions to meet their regulatory obligations. Ensure all statutory filings for Guernsey entities are completed accurately and within deadlines. Lead internal initiatives such as developing best practices and training for staff and clients. Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to enhance corporate governance practices. Job Requirements: High-level integrity in handling sensitive matters. Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels. A professional demeanour, with the ability to solve problems and think critically. Strong organisation and time management abilities, ensuring tasks are completed punctually.
