Job Duties: Assist in the administration of client portfolios with a focus on excellent service delivery. Support the maintenance of accurate client records and documentation. Liaise with clients and professional intermediaries regarding managed entities and investments. Participate in client meetings and ensure effective communication of needs and requirements. Contribute to the timely completion of trust control functions, including periodic reviews and updates. Uphold company procedures and suggest enhancements where appropriate. Provide support and training to team members as necessary. Job Requirements: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work undertaken. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, advisers, and colleagues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to think proactively and use initiative in problem-solving.
