Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all Guernsey Companies’ Registry updates and managing annual validation and fiduciary return processes

  • Maintaining and enhancing the core database (Acumen), aligning key data fields with cross-jurisdictional standards

  • Leading transformation initiatives, process automation, and operational improvements across the Group

  • Acting as a key liaison for regulatory visits, internal teams, and external partners

You'll bring at least five years' experience in trust or corporate services, a relevant professional qualification, and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
