Our client is seeking two dedicated HR & Payroll Administrators to join their team in Guernsey. This role plays a critical part in delivering efficient services to the Company and its clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and the application of Company policies and procedures. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing crew payrolls accurately and managing various HR-related activities, including the issuance of employment agreements and related documentation. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting Yacht Captains, Owners, and various stakeholders. Job Duties: Receive monthly payroll information from Yacht Captains or Pursers and verify data using Company validation tools. Input crew wage information and reconcile payroll monthly. Monitor cash balances and ensure timely receipt of funds for crew payments. Prepare and submit invoices to request funds from yacht Owners to ensure the crew is paid on time. Use Company software systems to facilitate crew wages and other necessary payments. Address and resolve questions or queries related to crew payroll. Process year-end payroll for each yacht accurately and on time. Produce and manage employment documents for crew members according to established timelines. Act as the first point of contact for crew members, Owners, and Captains regarding employment inquiries. Collaborate with relevant Authorities for compliance and address any inquiries diligently. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records and documentation. Respond promptly to telephone, email, and written correspondence. Stay updated on changes to seafarer employment legislation and regulatory requirements. Report and document any non-conformities as per Company guidelines, including GDPR protocols. Assist with ad hoc duties or projects as required. Job Requirements: Demonstrable experience in payroll and HR functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in business IT systems, including computer and cloud-based applications. Competence in problem-solving and decision-making. A collaborative team player, adept at managing time effectively. Fluent in spoken and written English. Eligibility to live and work in Guernsey.
