We’re looking for a Trainee Trust Administrator to manage a small portfolio of clients while supporting senior colleagues on more complex cases. Whether you’re a school leaver ready to learn or have 1–2 years’ experience, this role offers hands-on training, professional development, and the chance to build a strong foundation in trust administration.

Reporting to an Assistant Manager or Trust Manager, you’ll ensure the efficient and accurate administration of trust and company clients, while developing your knowledge of the industry and its regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering a small portfolio of trust and company clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Assisting with more complex portfolios under the guidance of a senior case manager.

  • Preparing minutes, resolutions, and bank payments, and maintaining accurate client records.

  • Liaising with clients, attending meetings, and supporting new client onboarding.
