Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a dedicated Office Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team in Guernsey. This full-time temporary position will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, you will create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting various administrative tasks. Your organisational prowess and communication skills will be key to thriving in this position until September 2025. Job Duties: Maintain a tidy, professional reception area stocked with magazines and fresh flowers. Greet visitors and contractors, ensuring adherence to sign-in procedures. Manage incoming calls and messages, keeping an up-to-date internal telephone list. Distribute incoming mail, newspapers, and packages while coordinating collections. Ensure kitchen and hospitality supplies are adequate, including refreshments and meeting room items. Support with the delivery of shop inventory and weekly ordering of essentials. Provide logistics for meetings, events, and internal training sessions. Assist with booking travel arrangements in the absence of the Administration Manager. Coordinate weekly staff car parking allocations and maintain the Admin & Facilities SharePoint homepage. Job Requirements: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and digital communication platforms. Keen attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and effective problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior experience in office coordination. Familiarity with SharePoint or similar tools. Ideally, you should possess relevant administrative experience within an office environment.
