Our client is seeking a Temporary Human Capital Manager for an 18-month contract, overseeing vital functions within the People Operations area. This role, based in Guernsey or Jersey, will focus on Systems, Reward, and Policy, delivering high-quality people solutions that align with the broader People Strategy and business objectives. Collaborating with various Human Capital teams and internal functions is integral to the role, as the successful candidate will lead initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle and overall HR processes. Job Duties: Manage Compensation & Benefits initiatives. Chair the Remuneration Sub Committee and support the reward strategy. Lead the annual Compensation Review and manage ad hoc compensation changes. Oversee Reporting and Analysis, including employee engagement surveys and related action plans. Provide analytics for employee metrics and manage both internal and external reporting. Develop and maintain HR lifecycle strategies, policies, and the Employment Manual. Ensure integrity and compliance of HR data in alignment with data protection requirements. Job Requirements: CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent qualification. Proven data analysis, visualisation, and reporting experience. Demonstrated management of HR technologies (e.g., Workday) and HR policy development. Strong background in managing Reward (compensation and benefits). Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Excellent rapport-building capabilities at all organisational levels.
