Our client is seeking an Institutional Custody Manager, a critical role within their Institutional Custody and Custodian Trustee servicing teams. This position focuses on enhancing client servicing through effective relationship management and operational processing. You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of service delivered to clients remains paramount. This is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our client's operations and client satisfaction. Job Duties: Ensure all queries and communications are responded to in a timely manner. Develop and maintain robust client relationships and effective reporting techniques. Assist in the regular review of existing client revenues to ensure financial viability is maintained. Respond promptly to general enquiries regarding the Bank’s institutional custody products and services. Review new business opportunities for institutional clients and work to secure additional assets under custody. Identify potential clients and professional contacts to develop more active and broader relationships. Maintain strong client relationships with both Fund and institutional clients, establishing call programmes as necessary. Review existing Fund and institutional custody business to ensure ongoing financial viability and profitability. Assess services and products to identify areas where the Bank may currently lack competitiveness. Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills, confident when interacting with personnel at all levels, including directors and their clients, both corporate and individual. An innovative approach to relationship management, with a focus on considering enhancements and improvements to existing operational processes and system functionality. Strong administrative skills. Comprehensive knowledge of the securities markets, including funds, hedge funds, and other alternative investments, along with an understanding of the dealing processes associated with these asset classes. A sound understanding of the funds sector and applicable Laws, Rules, and Guidance that dictate the responsibilities of the Custodian within a regulatory environment.
