Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator & Talent Acquisition specialist to support the daily operations of their global recruiting needs. Located in Guernsey, this full-time position is designed to ensure the smooth execution of the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and maintaining the recruitment system while ensuring data integrity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, global HR team that services a diverse and interesting portfolio of companies around the world. Job Duties: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Maintain accurate data and records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). Post and update job listings on company career pages and job boards, depending on local relevance. Monitor candidate communications and ensure timely follow-up. Collaborate with and manage recruitment agencies globally. Oversee onboarding of new agencies or contracts in consultation with in-house legal and commercial teams. Work across HR functions with Regional HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (e.g., Reward, Talent), and Global Shared Services for seamless service delivery. Assist with recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics tracking. Provide general administrative support to the wider Talent Acquisition team as needed. Coordinate and track pre-hire steps, including background checks and Workday setup. Facilitate handoffs with global providers for payroll and other key HR services in the country. Process onboarding, job changes, terminations, and benefits-related transactions in Workday. Support employment verification requests. Lead onboarding coordination and internal handoffs to HR/People teams or line managers globally. Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal data handling policies. Identify and escalate process bottlenecks or service issues to relevant HR or business leaders for timely resolution. Verify right to work documents where appropriate. Ensure HR services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and quality standards, focusing on responsiveness and accuracy. Job Requirements: Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Flexible approach to managing a global workload. Demonstrates cultural awareness and flexibility when coordinating across multiple time zones and geographies. Experience working in a matrix organisation within a service model structure. Ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks, while being supported by the broader HR team. 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR generalist, or administrative support. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred. Familiarity with ATS tools, such as Greenhouse and Workday, is an advantage. Right to live and work in Guernsey is essential.
