This permanent role offers the chance to work within a supportive environment, managing private client portfolios and delivering exceptional service alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Prepare statutory documents, minutes, agreements, and reports.

  • Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and institutions on a daily basis.

  • Manage transactions including investments, distributions, property purchases, and payments.

This role would suit someone with 1–2 years’ experience in trust and company administration who is eager to build their technical skills and deepen their knowledge. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively will be key to your success.
