This Senior Crew Services Officer role is ideal for those with trust, payroll, or compliance experience who are looking for something different — a role where you’ll be dealing with yacht owners, captains, and crew, managing employment and payroll processes, and experiencing a sector that is fast-paced, international, and unlike anything you’ll find in the trust industry.
You’ll be the first point of contact for crew employment and payroll matters across your client portfolio, ensuring compliance while building strong, trusted relationships with clients and crew worldwide. It’s a chance to use your existing skills in a whole new setting.
Responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end crew contracts and payroll, from onboarding through to termination.
Administering payroll, social security obligations, and employment agreements within set deadlines.
Ensuring compliance with MLC, flag state, and insurance requirements.
Acting as the main point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew on employment and payroll queries.
You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with international clients and crew, plus sxceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and a proactive, solutions-driven approach with high levels of discretion. Previous yacht sector or crew management experience is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from trust professionals looking to make a move into something new.
