Our client is seeking a dynamic Temp Client Relationship Manager to join their team for a 7-month contract. This critical role not only supports a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients but also contributes to the operational success of a well-regarded organisation. Job Duties: Assist senior team members in delivering efficient and timely administration services to a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients. Manage and oversee a variety of client structures, including trusts, companies, foundations, and protected cell companies. Prepare and input tax returns for timely submission by the November deadline. Process payments, including distributions, fees, and third-party invoices accurately. Conduct periodic reviews of trust structures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Track and follow up on action points to ensure timely completions. Draft fee amendment notices and prepare annual validations for January submission. Maintain and accurately input data within the NAV One system. Job Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a varied trust and company environment. STEP/CGI/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent or studying towards such a qualification. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Exceptional organisational skills to manage priorities and multiple deadlines. A proactive and collaborative team player with an efficient approach to administration.
